<p>Hope all is well.  My name is Neil.  I am the <em>Operations Director</em> for the Champion Health licensed agent <strong>Greg Stopp</strong> who will be teaming with Mike Anarumo (who presented the webinar) to assist you with any questions regarding the Champ Plan and to assist with arranging any presentation meetings (and all necessary follow-up) for any prospective clients you may have (assuming, of course, you ever decide to promote this plan). </p>
<p><strong>FYI</strong> - all webinar attendees will be receiving an email from Greg Stopp later this week introducing himself and providing you his contact info.  Greg (and I) will also be reaching out soon to:</p>
<p><strong>1</strong>.  Inform you about the details relative to our new <span style="text-decoration: underline;font-size: 12pt"><em>Champ Plan Referral Program</em></span>, <span style="font-size: 12pt"><strong>including what to do if you have a prospective client and the compensation details</strong> </span>(as we didn't have time on the webinar to explain these very important details).</p>
<p><strong>2</strong>.  Provide you some informative Champ Plan <em>marketing brochures</em> <span style="text-decoration: underline"><em>which are designed to send to any CEO, CFO or Head of HR</em></span>.</p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt">Regarding your social security questions/concerns</span></strong>, we did pass them on to Mike at Champion Health. </p>

<div class="yiv1015281045elementToProof">Every Section 125 plan an employee participates in (excluding pre-tax retirement contributions) effects Social Security. There are many variables for sure - one of those being the longer someone is on the plan and the higher potential of it having increasingly negative effects in SS payouts; but in the same breath, the longer someone is on the plan, the longer they are realizing increased take home pay that would far outweigh the decrease when collecting SS.</div>

<div class="yiv1015281045elementToProof">Another variable that plays into the length someone is on the plan is their income level when they are participating - an average person in the US will work for 12-13 companies in their lifetime. </div>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was on the webinar reviewing the Champion Health Plan.  I have some information that I think is critical to be known.  I have been involved with another organization offering a similar program.  I believe that the these type of plans are eligible for the tax relief as they are set up to comply with the tax codes.  This is my opinion, I am not a tax expert.  The issue I have with these plans and the organizations marketing them is the Social Security issue for the employees.  Both the company I am involved with and Champion Health brush this under the table, saying that the effect in their Social Security income for retirement is insignificant.  No one has given me examples though the gentleman on that webinar mentioned 2 or 3 dollars a month loss in benefits for the employee.  I know that he doesn't know the subject and just repeats something that he was told.  He mentioned that Social Security takes the person's highest 39.5 years salary in figuring out their Primary Insurance Amount.  It is 35 years of the highest earnings years, adjusted for inflation.  I have run some Social Security reports reducing a worker's income by $14,400 (which is what this program does) and the results that I have gotten are that the retirement benefits are reduced by $175 to $250 per month for the rest of that person's life!  That is not insignificant in my mind.  There are a lot of variables.  The person's income, how long they participate in the program, spousal benefits etc.  I would really like to market these plans so if anyone can prove me wrong, that would be great, but I will need proof.  </p>]]></content:encoded>
